Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Since our store operates on a print-on-demand model, each product is printed and created specifically for you after you place your order. For this reason, it is crucial to carefully select the size, color, and design of the product to ensure it meets your expectations. Returns or refunds will only be considered in cases where there are printing defects or the item arrives damaged. In such cases, high-quality photographs of the product clearly showing the issues will be required for evaluation.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the supplier's return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases)
- Perishable goods (such as food, supplements, flowers, or plants)
We also do not accept returns for items on sale or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Additional Notes
- Shipping costs for returns due to defects or errors will be covered by us. For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our return policy conditions.
